133rd the evening I ironed. The young folks had an exhibition over to the school house. I did not go. Winnie and A Mr Schell were here a few moments. Two years ago tonight I attended a wedding in company with "Pete" Saturday December 28th 1872 I finished my wrapper today. Mother and Lee went to the valley with Jim Anderson to stay over Sunday Hattie and I did the evening work and cleaned up Mothers closet. Sunday December 29th 1872 We did not get up very early and it took Hattie and I most of the time to do the work, I did not write any today but read what time I had. I have felt lonesome and blue all day. Three years have elapsed since I made the acquaintance of "Friend Pete" and two years since we had our last dance. Monday December 30th 1872 I got up before light and got the breakfast I washed and Hattie did the rest of the work today, Charlie went to the valley for Mother and when they got home, we had the work all done and every
