180th Wednesday June 25th 1873 Oh how warm it was today. Mother and Emma went to town. As soon as they came home We got dinner and felt some better after that. It was cooler in the evening so we all dressed and attended the reunion I had a very pleasant time. Pete is 26 years old today-----. Thursday June 26th 1873 Lou and I took an early start to the valley We called at every place and did not get home till away after dark. Spent a very pleasant day. Friday June 27th 1873 It rained this forenoon and in the afternoon. Lou and I went to Fletchers Had a very pleasant visit. It was nearly night when we came home. Went to bed pretty early. Saturday June 28th 1873 I cleaned the house up today. Hattie and Winnie went to the country yesterday. In the afternoon Lou and I went to town and made calls. Took supper at the Pinney House. did not get home till dark. The girls came home from the country this evening Had a letter from J.J.H.
