196th Sunday September 7th 1873 It was disagreably cold today. I wrote to Mr Huebner. And after dinner Hatt and I took a ride out to Stevens and got some plums Came around by Robinsons. After we came home got some supper. Monday September 8th 1873 I did not feel very well today but I sewed all day on sheets. Tuesday September 9th 1873 Mother and Esther went up to Aunty Walkers today I am still at work on the sheets. letters from Winnie and Cousin Ira. Wednesday September 10th 1873 Mother went up to Aunty Smiths today. I finished the sheets there was eight of them and I did some other sewing. Ella Robinson was here today. Jim Mc was here this evening to see about having the children here tomorrow while he went to the State Fair. I had a letter from Mr Huebner. Thursday September 11th 1873 We made plum jelly and put up plums and siberian crab jelly and preserved the crabs this forenoon. In the afternoon Mother and I went out west of home We got some eggs at Mrs Burnetts and grapes at Goldsmiths. Had a letter from Bertie Croninger.
