A frigacie of Chicken Take 3 chickens & skin them, & cut em' into joynts, then put em' into boiling water, let em' stand in it till it's all most cold, then pour it off & put more boiling water to them, & contrive to repeat it till thay'r very white, then pour them into a Cullender to drain the water from them, & put the Chicken into a stew pan, with a lump of butter the sise of an egge, two or three whole Onians one stick with cloves a little mace, keen peper
