To make Ketchope take the refuse of your Musherones & boile e'm in as little water as you can when it's very strong of the Mushuromes, take it of the fire, & run it through a Sive, then set it on the fire again wth some Jamaca peper Cloves & mace, & a good deal of keen pepper & Salt, let it have a boile or two, then set it to coole & bottle it with some of the spice in every bottle & two Cloves of Garlick,
