take e'm out of the Sirrup pull over the skins, wash e'm in warm water & wipe e'm & lay e'm to Dry Almond Biscakes Take a pd of Jordan Almonds a quarter of a pd of Apricock kernells & bitter Almonds blanch e'm & beat e'm very fine with a little white of egg, then put to e'm a pd & a quarter of suger finely sifted & the whites of ten eggs beat e'm well togeather & bake e'm upon paper sift a little suger over e'm before you put e'm in the Oven.
