to serve up the next day at noon so you must heat it in a pan over the fire & poure it upon crisped tosts To Fry skelts mix the yolk of an egg wth a little water, & flow'r & dip you skelts in it, & fry e'm in boyling driping To make wafers Take 8 eggs leave out some of the whites a pint of cream & half a pound of white suger as much flow'r as will make it thick enough beat it well togeather & put in some sinomon & nutmeg, let your flower by dry'd & cold again;
