a stir togeather when you put e'm in, & let it boyle near a qr of an houre very fast, when you put in the suger you may drop a few drops of spirit of Cinamon upon a lump [Doct?] Rastliffs prescripsions for an Ague, [illegible] has cured Wm ye Bark has failed, take Milk water two ounces & half, plague water half an ounce, Venus Treacle one dram, make a draught - This must be taken two hours before you expect ye fis & ye patient must go to Bed
