13 Benton Barracks Mo Nov 20th. 1864 Sunday I Paid Twenty five Dollars $25, 00 being my Subscription in full to the Soldiers Orpans Asylum for the State of Iowa which Entitles me to a Certificate of Life Membership for My oldest Boy T.J. Henderson. Co."C" 12th. Iowa gave for the above purpose $720 20 the Regt over 4000,00 Settled with C[illegible] Suttler in full to date 2,00 with J.F. Hutchins and J.D. Baker and Wm Jordan all in full
