Henderson I Read part of D.B.s letter to Col Stibbs Relative to Capts Cook & Soper Charging Him Stibbs with assuming a Military Dictatorship in Regt. the Conduct of those would be Veteran Officers is severely Condemned at Home as well as in the Army
