Dr Underwood to U.S. [Div?] To &c & certify & sign &c I was under the necessety of Skirmishing some to day, which being interpreted means hunting for grey backs, found only one. but abandoned one Shirt. and for the first time in 6 weeks I have a prospect of having the only Remaining one I have with me washed
