112 prevent the pillaging of Citizens houses by Reckless Soldiers. All absentees from said Roll Calls, except those on Duty will be arested and made to preform extra duty on the Fortifications, which are being thrown up arround our winter quarters.The order was promulgated in view of the fact that 8 men were Captured one Killed & one wounded to day by parties of Gen Forrests men who are scouting in the neighborhood
