118 Capture of Fort McAlister by Hazens 2 Division 15th A.C.also a very leanthy account of the Nashville Battles by Corespondents of the New York Herald of Dec 24th 1865. The articles were very well written, but Considerable favoritism was shown, or rather the writter accompanied the 4th Corps & of course speaks of their operations more particularly. and He only Heard of the more sucessfull Charges of the 16th Corps & Hatches Cavilry
