126 Eastport Miss Friday Jan 20th 1865 Recd mail again to day I had one letter from Miss Angy Kerr it was very well written, & some with passages. I wrote a letter to Father & Mother; our Company Cleard of the street in front and Rear of our line of Houses. Quarters Master Morissey Came to Regt to day having made His escape from Rebel prison where He Has been for 18 months
