156 I this morning Recd the Duplicate Inventory of the Effects of Corpl David Conner who Died of His Wounds at Hospl No 2 Nashville Tenn Jan 5th 1865. He has been a good & faithfull Soldier Generous as Brave, He Leaves a Wife & one Child who live in Elgin Iowa Fayette Co. I wrote a letter to Mrs. C.J. Henderson this afternoon. Very warm & pleasant weather
