158 and there is no money at any of the pay offices of this Dept. so I Cannot get paid on my final Statements & Discharge untill our disbursery offices are Replenished from Washington, Comenced Boarding with my old mess at $3.00 per week as I would prefer to do so & be with the Company ready than go in an officers mess & be so exclusive as many of them seem to be
