178 New Orleans La Feby 27th 1865 Monday Heavey rains again. Muster and pay Rolls are being made out again Sergt Hutchins has done the most of the writting on these I being on Duty. All the Troops in Gen Camby's Dept. has been limited in their baggage to one blanket & change of Clothing & one waggon to 250 men,
