219 Fish River a very small Crooked stream, up which we sailed very slowly for about 8 or 10 miles and Disembarked at Donelly,s saw Mill on the side next to Mobile Bay, and went into Camp in the pine forest boardering the River. The entire Country has a swampy Aligator appearance no Cultivated fields But several Turpentine ranches, But they to are Deserted. Very Heavy Rain
