235 Siege of Spanish Fort Ala March 30th 1865 Thursday Had a visit from James Henderson this fore noon His Brigade is guarding the passage of the Appalacha River 4 miles to our right & 6 miles from Blakesly. Our Brigade was ordered to Report to Gordon Granger of the 13"Corps to take the place of a Division of the 13" Corps which has been sent to Guard a SupplyTrain in Gen Steel's Command. we moved arround and went into position
