285 Telegraph reports the Armistice Between the U.S. and Confederate Generals with a view to a Settlement, and Peace. Made out Descriptive Rolls of Lawrence Lott who was Detailed as Nurse at Div Hosp 16" A.C. S.O. 76" Gen McArthur April 28"/ 65, and for John McElvain who was Detailed as Nurse of Corp's Hosp 16th A.C., finished Reading Headly Life of Washington. My Boy [has?] done our washing and seems quite handy & tractable.
