16 Selma Ala, June 24th 1865 Saturday This day in Camp is set apart for policing the grounds, removing all accumalations of filth, cleaning quarters, arms &c. and a general observance of the Sanitary Regulation. Co. "S." had some Cases of Meat by their [closed?] Colored Cooks to day and resorted to Judge lunch to pose a confusion the money was so covined and the Boys punished and set up for more Received one letter from James dated June 11th/65
