99 Nov 11 Fayette Co Iowa 1861 I visited Saul Dobson to day for the purpose of enquiring when he intended to leave so that Mr Mitchel & Family could take posession of the farm as tenents for the ensuing year. He Mr Dobson promised to move in ten days. He seems to be well pleased with the team he got of me & I am pleased that he is satisfied
