Saturday June 27th 1885 I helped Mother do the ironing and cleaned the house up this morning. I knit some too. I was at Hatts a little while in the afternoon and was at Mattie Fletchers for supper and to spend the evening. Ott and Lee were there too. there was a shower just at night and the weather grew cooler after that. Sunday June 28th 1885 I was at work about the house all the forenoon. Mother and Father went to the valley and were gone all day. Ella Robinson was here for dinner. I went over to Folsoms of an errand in the afternoon. got the supper over and went to bed early. Monday June 29th 1885 Mother went to town this forenoon and I was busy doing some baking. We had the near neighbors all invited for a visit this afternoon. John and Hatt were here for supper. It was bed time when we got the supper dishes washed. Tuesday June 30th 1885 Father started away on the early train this morning I knit some before I went to town at nine oclock for my music lesson. I went down to Hatts for my dinner. and knit all I could on Edith's stocking. She had her things all packed up to go to Berlington. I come home about two oclock and slept two hours. Mother was in town. John and Robbie came home with her. Ott and I spent the evening at Clutes. I had a letter from Will.
