Tuesday August 24th 1886 I ironed before noon and cleaned up the house as in the afternoon I began to work on some flynets for the house. Lee went to the valley to stay the night. Wednesday August 25th 1886 Mother and Lee come early this morning. Will and I went to the pasture and then to town to get things for dinner. John Stinsons and two daughters were here for dinner and John & Hatt for supper. weather very warm. Thursday August 26th 1886 I was working on the flynet in the forenoon. Aunt Lib and [Orie?] come just before dinner. About four oclock after they had gone Will and I went out to Dentons for a call taking Hatt with us. I took a new start on the net. Friday August 27th 1886 We washed some in the forenoon and Mother spent the afternoon in town. I worked on the net all the afternoon. Saturday August 28th 1886 I worked a little about the house in the forenoon. Will and I were in town most of the afternoon. very warm. Sunday August 29th 1886 I was busy about the house nearly all the forenoon. After an early dinner Will and I drove down to Aunt Ems. We had a pleasant time there and at Stevens and got home before super time. John & Hatt were over awhile in the early evening. We sat of the porch and talked after they went home. weather cooler.
