(32) thickness then lay the flap Stuff'd in the Middle of your Dish with forc'd meat, and the Collops round it with Mushrooms, Lemon and forc'd meat balls A White Frigacy Take Chickens or young Rabitts flea them and cut them in pieces and let them lye in milk and Water for an hour before you use them then put them in a toss-pan with as much fresh butter-milk and water as will cover them and a piece of fresh butter, cover them Close and let them Stew till they are Enough then pour of all the Liquor to about half a pint and put to that half a pint
