(34) A Brown Frigacy Take your Rabbitts or Chickens and do them as Before fry them brown in Butter and put them in your toss-pan with a pint of Strong Gravie and half a pint of white-wine an Anchovey, some mace pepper and Salt. Let them Stew well in this then role a quarter of a pound of Butter in a little flour, and thicken it up till it be of a right thickness, then dish it up, and garnish it with Lemon and Pickles and Squeeze the juice of a Lemon over it.
