Friday June 6th 1884 I was able to do most of the ironing and several other things during the day. Mother was over town in the morning. I worked a little on the shawl. Saturday June 7th 1884 I was wretchedly sick all the forenoon but sat up in the afternoon while Mother and Rob went to town in the phaeton. The weather sultry all day and just at night we had a rain storm. Sunday June 8th 1884. I felt some better today and helped about the work considerable. It was a rainy gloomy afternoon. I read a little and played on the piano. Monday June 9th 1884. I worked about the house some in the forenoon and in the afternoon on Hatts shawl. I did a little sewing for May too. It rained nearly all day I am feeling very much better than last week
