A Tinctur of the Bark Take an Ounce of the finest Bark you Can gett putt it in Large peces to 4 Ounces of Spirit of Sal-armoniae Lett it be Clove stops & set in the sun or warm Embers 24 houres: then pouer it of Clean & keep it for use: it is to be given from ten drops to thirty or forty according to age____ ________ To Make the hare grow thick Take Rosemary, Maiden hair, Sothern Wood Myrtle-berres, Hazel-Bark, of Each too ounces burn thease to Ashes on a Clean hearth or in a oven putt thease Ashes in White wine & make a Strong Lye & wash the haire daily:____
