Wednesday February 14th 1883 It had stopped raining this morning and we went on down to Aunt Lindas our stay there was very pleasant indeed At three oclock we came over to Ellas for a call and from there to Aunt Libs where we stayed till nearly nine oclock and got home a little after ten, and both agreeing that we had a splendid time. Thursday February 15th 1883. I was busy about the work all the forenoon as I gave the house a pretty good cleaning up and Bridget did a large washing. Lee brought the baby over for Hatt and she came after a little and we enjoyed her stay so much. I put in all the afternoon mending Otts old over-coat and doing some work for myself it began to snow in the afternoon I had a letter from Jennie Lovgood.
