Saturday May 13th 1882 It stopped raining this afternoon I sewed all the time I could spare finished my dress skirt and made a couple of aprons. Sunday May 14th 1882. I helped with the work in the morning and went to church. Went down to Hatts from there and found she had come over home with the baby. We had other company in the afternoon. I wrote a letter to Mifs Lewis and Bird Harris in the evening. Monday May 15th 1882.
