Thursday September 14th 1882. I helped a little about another washing this morning Elmer did the most of it I got the house cleaned up and helped with the dinner. I was busy sewing in the afternoon and evening on some aprons for May Mother was over town in the afternoon. Weather warm & dusty. Friday September 15th 1882. I got up early and did most of the ironing before breakfast. I swept and cleaned up all the house before dinner including the parlor. We now have eight boarders I was busy sewing in the afternoon and evening on Mays aprons. Mother went to town in the afternoon again. Bridget came over for the rest of her things. Saturday September 16th 1882. I got the work all done in the forenoon including cake baking. We sent for Hatt in the afternoon and Day took me down to Ryersons to spend the afternoon and come after me in the evening. Rob got home today. Weather very warm
