Sunday October 29th 1882. It was real late when we got up this morning, was busy about the house all the forenoon. Mother went to town in the afternoon. I played on the piano and visited with Ira in the afternoon. Read a little in the evening and went to bed early. Monday October 30th 1882. We got up very early to do the washing and I got the work all done up in time to go to town for meat before dinner. Hatt was over with Edith in the afternoon. I did part of the ironing. I did a little sewing in the evening. Weather quite warm. Tuesday October 31st 1882. I finished the ironing this forenoon besides doing the other work. Mother went up in the country after apples as soon as she ate her dinner Adda Fletcher was here in the afternoon. Otto and I were invited over to Towns to spend the evening. We heard from Rob today.
