Sunday Nov 26th 1882 I was busy about the work all the forenoon and in the afternoon read a little In the evening wrote a letter to Will Monday November 27th 1882 We got early to wash and I got some breakfast for Judge Day as he was going away this morning. We got the work done up nicely before noon. I knit all the afternoon and evening on Lee's mittens Tuesday November 28th 1882 I was at work at the ironing nearly all the day only the time I was working about the house. Mother was over town in the afternoon Wednesday November 29th 1882 Mother and I were working about the house the whole day long. I swept the whole upper story and Robs room then in the afternoon we made mince pies, dressed turkey and got things ready for dinner tomorrow. After supper I washed out some things Lee wanted tomorrow. Weather rather cold.
