Wednesday December 20th 1882 I gave Haymans room a good cleaning up this forenoon and sewed all the afternoon. The Day boys started home tonight. Weather wintry I had a letter from Will today. Thursday December 21st 1882. We got up rather early this morning as Mr Leonard was going home and we wanted to get his breakfast. I worked up stairs all day cleaning house Was very tired and went to bed early. Friday December 22nd 1882 I did a large washing this morning and in the afternoon went to town. We got a letter from Charlie which I answered. I was at Hatts a little while. I wrote a letter to Will in the eve I sent hime a new handkerchief for a little christmas present. Otto and Lee went out to Dentons to a party. Weather pleasant for winter time.
