Sunday December 31st 1882 We got a very late start with the work and were till noon getting the breakfast dishes washed and the house cleaned up. We had dinner at two oclock. I read a little in the afternoon and played with Baby some for she is very entertaining Rob and I went to the Methodist church in the evening and we all had supper after church time. Weather cold and wintry. I went to bed early. So ends 1882.
