for a Paralytic Complaint two oz of Mustard seed Bruised do Seville orange peel 1 oz of Horseradish slice 2 oz fennel seed bruised put all these ingredients into a Muslin bag and infuse them in three quarts of Mountain Wine for 3 days let the Patient drink a Glass every morning fasting or at 11 o'clock or at dinner another four hours after dinner. - if the Liquor is too strong of the ingredients you may add more Wine - adding also more orange Peel.
