the Tureen a hot Roll and a little Vermicilly plumped and laid upon the Bread pour the Soup over it a good way to do Skate Boil your Skate ten minute setting it over in Cold Water, then take the Skin off and scrape it well, then put a little Yolk of Egg over it, and some nice [caspings?], and set it in the oven on a Fish Plate to brown - To make Orgeat Boil two Quarts of Milk with a stick of Cinnamon, let it stand to be quite Cold, then blanch two ounces of the best sweet Almonds, pound them together in a Marble Mortar with a little rose water: then mix them with the Milk seasen it to you taste - and give it one boil. -
