Potatoe Pudding Lady Lucy Bridgeman take near a Pint of new Milk, set it on the fire to boil with a little Lemon peel & Cinnamon & two spoon full of Potatoe flour; let it boil till thick, then take it off the fire, and when Cool mix with & the Yolks of 4 Eggs with the Whites beat to a froth, sweeten it to your taste and bake it for an hour
