Flummery One Once & half of Isinglass dissolved in Milk to which add a quart of Cream - six Ounces of almonds four of sweet and two of bitter - sugar to your taste boil it about a quarter of an hour of your Cream in then boil it twenty Minutes - add a little rose or Orange Water - Strain it well thro' Muslin Fish Sauce Mrs Barton Manchester Take three Spoonfuls of good gravy one ditto of Vinegar and two of the Essence of Anchovies a quarter of a pound of Butter and a dust of flour - add as little Nutmeg and before you send it up beat the yolk of an Egg and put it to the rest Beef Tea take one pound of nice lean Beef cut it in slices and put it in a Pan with not quite a quart of Water let it boil ten minutes, then take
