Saturday October 29th 1881 I hurried through with my work this morning and worked in the rags a couple of hours. Mother went to town before noon and was over to Hatts all day. Win was over in the afternoon I was busy knitting on a stocking for May. I practiced an hour in the evening. Sunday October 30th 1881. I helped do up the work in the morning and went to church. I played on the piano awhile after dinner and Hatt and Win were here part of the afternoon. In the evening I wrote a letter to Will Reed. Monday October 31st 1881 We got an early start at the work this morning and had the washing done and house all cleaned up before noon. Mother went to town in the afternoon. I practiced all the afternoon and knit on Mays stocking all the evening
