Curry Powder Coriander Seed - 1 1/2 oz Black Pepper 8 - drs Cayenne Pepper - 2 drs Fennugric powder - 3 drs Cinnamon pulverized - 3 drs Turmeric - 5 drs Cloves - 1 dr Mr Bridgewater Ground rice pudding Boil a teacup of rice in a pint of milk, - stir it well till it is quite thick - flavour it with a laurel or bay leaf; - when it is cold, add three eggs - a little nutmeg & sugar put it into a pie dish (which must be well buttered) bake it half an hour - then turn it out on a dish, & serve it with wine sauce - Mrs. Knight [illegible]
