Wednesday September 15th 1880 I cleaned up the house and practiced two hours. In the afternoon baked cake and did some other work. Wrote to Hatt & John. Mr Pentzers room-mate came today. Thursday September 16th 1880 I did the work up stairs and practiced two hours. In the afternoon I did some little sewing and put up a few plums. I wrote a letter to Mifs Lewis in the evening. Friday September 17th 1880 I did my usual forenoons work and in the afternoon went to town. After taking my music lesson I went around town a little I saw Kate Boyer in to Homes and visited with her a little. When I got home Mother had the supper started I helped get that over and Otto and I went to the concert which was delightful, Mrs Payce sings wonderfully It was a lovely moon-light night I had a letter from Corrie Jones.
