Sunday October 31st 1880 I had very little spare time today Mollie went home and the children got back I did not go to church at all the folks went in the evening. Rob and I took a ride to the cemetery in the afternoon. Monday November 1st 1880 I was busy about the work most of the day I had churning to do in the morning Hatt had callers in the afternoon I practiced an hour in the evening Carney went away. Wrote to Mother. Tuesday November 2nd 1880 It was a splendid day and election day I did the washing in the morning besides getting the dinner. I baked cake in the afternoon and it was nearly supper time when I got around. Mr Sherwoods brother here Wednesday November 3rd 1880 I got the ironing done besides the regular work and we took our music lessons this forenoon. I practiced a very little in the evening.
