Thursday December 2nd 1880 Grand-mother and I spent the day at Aunt Ellens. Aunt Em came over after dinner. I walked down to Aunt Lindas to stay all night. The weather is splendid and I spent a pleasant day and evening. Friday December 3rd 1880 Aunt Linda and I went down to River Junction to see if I could find a girl, but was unsuccessful. We got back to her house just about noon. After dinner I went on up to Aunt Libs and stopped a little while and stayed at Grand-ma's all night. Saturday December 4th 1880 I came up home with Uncle George this morning I helped with the work all day and what spare moments I had devoted to my knitting I am now the fourth pair of socks this week. Weather foggy and rainy. I am glad I got home and though I have had some good visits the past two weeks I will be glad to stay here awhile.
