Wafer Pudding (196) Six eggs, Six Spoonfulls of flour, half a pound of butter melted, one pint of milk, bake it a quarter of an hour Serve it with brandy Sauce -Mrs D - A [illegible] juic Pudding. (197) Flour, grated apples, currants, choppd Suet, and Sugar, of each 6 oz. 6 eggs, a little nutmeg and Salt, boil it two hours, turn it out on a dish, wine Sauce Mrs D - Horse Radish Sauce. (198) Three sticks of white horse radish grated fine mixed with a teaspoonful of white Sugar, two table Spoonfuls of vinegar, a quarter of a pint of double thick cream, all mixed and Stirred together Bath Buns (199) Take a pound and a half of flour, the rind of a lemon and the juice of half a one, half a pound of butter oiled in a teacupful of cream a little yeast, the yolks of four eggs and the whites of two, mix all to a Stiff paste, and let it stand to rise make them up with half a pound of bruised Sugar
