Monday June 16th 1879 We did some baking in the forenoon and got the dinner. Soon as we could get the work done in the afternoon we dressed to help Rob entertain his company. There were about a dozen here and seemed to have a very pleasant time. All went to the Alumni but Hatt and I. I went to bed pretty early. Tuesday June 17th 1879 We all went to the law graduation this morning which we enjoyed. I came out at eleven oclock to come home and help mother. Soon after dinner I went to town and called on Ella Rhodes. We all attended the address by Rev Thomas in the afternoon and were delighted with it. In the evening they were all away but me some to one place and some to another. John was over and him and Hatt went over to Wins. It has been a delightfully cool day, just such as the law boys had last year.
