Sunday November 23rd 1879 I helped do up the work this morning and Mrs Jones and I went to church. I helped with the work at dinner and read a little in the afternoon and the evening Mother, Mrs Jones and I went to church. Monday November 24th 1879 I did a large washing before noon and Mrs Jones and I went to the valley with Rob when he went for corn. We stayed all night at Grandmothers. I was busy knitting. Tuesday November 25th We went to Aunt Sarahs today. When we came away from there at four oclock we went down to Aunt Lindas to stay all night. Ella was gone to a wedding out to Grahams and did not get home till eleven oclock. I began working on a small burlap mat tonight. I was busy knitting all day. Weather pleasant for the time of year.
