Wednesday November 26th 1879 It was raining this morning and we did not get up to Aunt Libs till nearly noon and then Charlie took us up in the buggy about four oclock we walked up to Aunt Ellens where we had a pleasant visit till eight oclock when I went up to Grandmas to stay the night. Thursday November 27th 1873 Thanksgiving day I helped Aunt Emma a little about the work and worked some on my mat. After dinner Frank started to bring me home and Mollie came with us. When half way home we met Lee and we got in the buggy with him. Mrs Jones stopped at Uncle Jims. Weather cloudy Friday November 28th 1879 It was a snowy bad day. Mrs. Jones came up this morning. We stayed right here at home all day. I worked on my mat. There was no society tonight and we were all talking till late in the sitting room.
