birthday party. I sewed in the afternoon after I got the dinner over. I cut out two more night gowns for Mother. Friday November 13th 1891 It was a bright day though cool. We done a large washing in the forenoon. Father and Mother were invited over to Hatties for dinner. I sewed all afternoon. Agnes cleaned the bay window and watered the plants. Saturday November 14th 1891 It was a busy day with ironing, baking, and putting up curtains and cleaning up generally. It rained & snowed most of the day but that did not interfere with our work. The boys could not husk corn. Sunday November 15th 1891 It rained nearly all day. I was right at home. I read and wrote when not doing the house work. Agnes went home to stay all night. Willie Bremmer and Mt Pierce called in the afternoon. Willie goes to Chicago tonight and Fanny goes with him. Monday November 16th 1891 Mother spent the day in town. I was at work all day moving things in the south bed room for the winter. I cleaned the north room up. Will has two men husking corn. It turned cold in the afternoon and Will put things away in the cellar. Ott was over in the evening. Fanny has gone to Chicago. I raveled out some yarn to work over. Tuesday November 17th 18901 It was a very cold day. The boys husked corn. Mother helped with the work and I began my work. I got ready for last night. Wednesday November 18th 1891 Mother went to town. I was busy with the work a good deal of the time. Agnes went home in the afternoon. The boys are husking. I worked at my crochet in the evening. Thursday November 19th 1891 It was bad looking morning but we washed
