So you will have to do as we do here that is do without but it is a great deal different as here we could not use it to any advantage and there you cannot do without it. I saw men offering almost any price for postage Stamps but we cannot get them at any price. Our Company are all up with us now except one we left at Cincinnati in the Hospital and have not heard from since A great may in camp are suffering a great deal with Diohreea but nothing serious. There was 700 Secessionest passed here last night on their way home. They ware the prisoners that were taken at the Battle of Rich mountain and Some that ware taken by Genral Morris at Laurel Hill. They had all taken the oath of allegiance and ware discharged They are a hard looking Set and nearly all Sickly looking and Say that they
